This course is designed to provide a hands-on experience in firearms safety for people who are new gun owners or are thinking of purchasing a firearm for personal safety and/or recreational shooting.

We will bring safe .22s for students’ use. If you already own a handgun, you are welcome to bring it with you. We reserve the right to require use of our equipment if we deem yours represents a safety risk to you or others.
